Refund policy / Refund criteria
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, never worn or used, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). In addition, returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are not accepted. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific article.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.
Changes of goods
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once you accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded with the original payment method. Remember that the bank or credit card company can take some time to process and record the refund as well.
