We have a 14 -day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your article to request a return.
To be entitled to a return, your article must be in the same conditions in which you received it, never worn or not used, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or the purchase test.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label of the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. The articles that are returned to us without having first requested a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed with the original payment method no later than 14 days.
